Safety check
Ask every employee "Are you safe?" at once, after a fire, flood, riot or any emergency. Each phone rings with two buttons: I'm safe and I need help. "I need help" raises an SOS with their location.

Employees
Employees ask to join by typing your company code in the My Guardian app, and you approve each request here. You see their location only while they have an alert or are on a journey they started. Status shows whether their phone is reachable: the app checks in every 15 minutes, and if it goes quiet the server pings it.
